I had never heard of this band before. But after buying it and giving it a listen, I decided to go to my library and look up its history. The name of the band is a statement of American patriotism. What better name for a band than a shout-out to the President’s mansion? Now speaking of “shout-outs,” I must say the singer Billy is very passionate about the theme of this album. And that theme, I’ve come to realize, is a treatise (did I use that word correct? Maybe I should’ve said “diatribe”) against the killing of sharks and whales. The vocalist, maestro, passionate Bill (I couldn’t find any information about any of the other members at all) even gives a dedication to the founder of British sneakers, a Mr. Chuck Trainer. And Bill even has a song about how fast he chases these horrible sea life poachers. He’s right on their behinds.Maybe my copy was a little defective as one song was recorded way too slow. All in all, this album is a must-own for those interested in nature sounds, and the fantastic oceanic life out there in the seas.Bravo Mr. Bennis! I’m now a fan!
